"DO NOT TOLERATE GOVERNMENT CRIME"

Right now, the people have no real direct way of holding our servants accountable for their actions or corruption. They do what they want, year after year without possibility of responsibility. They don't live with the fruits of their decisions- we do! Yet we elect the elected back into office based on their false promises year after year into infinity, ad nausea. Individual citizens need real, simple and practical ways to challenge court opinions, statutes, and agencies outside of our current judicial system- or in spite of it. Currently, we only have a complex and unaccountable judicial way of challenging these things controlled by an oligarchy of untouchable judges whose only accountability is to the mandates of the State. Separation of the powers has been subverted. Our government is guilty of treason against us. We literally have the fox guarding the hen house and this is what I am seeking to change. Bypass this system, and we can restore our properly restrained government over night.
As I sat in jail waiting to be admitted...
I spoke to a woman who was on her way to being released...
As I sat in court waiting to be heard....
I spoke to many people who were there, dragged in by the state, for the
state who had not actually committed any crime...
As I sat in the DMV waiting to pay fines and fees for the privilege of going to work to support my children...
I spoke to a handicapped man who had been dragged back and forth all day despite his condition because he just couldn't seem to get his papers in order...
And overwhelmingly I heard them all say the same thing. "What can we possibly do?" We are at the mercy of the system and no matter how corrupt and unfairly it treats us we are simply stuck with it. I hear this nihilist cry over every transgression, from outrageous gas prices from companies who made world history record profits and yet still receive federal subsidies... to people who could not pay for the privilege of owning property they paid for and were thrown out of their homes... to people languishing in prison who did nothing wrong but fell victim to court room deceptions designed to put the court's convenience above the lives and families they exert raw force against.
Why is it that we "can't do anything about it?" Why is it in this so called democracy, we are at the mercy of politicians we are supposed to be in control of? Why is a federal government without the jurisdiction to do anything to us, doing things to us?
We have no remedy.
Also, we are so afraid of our public servants, we comply with them!

Property Taxes- Non-judicial process throws people out without any due process protections whatsoever. Basically, they send you a notice, and then throw you out if you don't pay. No hearings, no court appearances, no defense. You don't own your property.
Drivers and Occupational Licenses- We are sold disinformation on all these. They really are taxes on rights... taxes on things we need to do to survive. They are sold to us as ways to keep us safe- ensuring drivers and our professionals are competent. However, that it NOT how they are used. The State is committing a crime against you when it uses your licenses for things outside their intended scope.
Federal Income Taxes- Nobody should be subjected to the 70,000+ page Internal Revenue Code. Most of what is in that code is deliberately misapplied by the IRS and other federal minions. Did you know our Sheriff's departments have the authority to prevent the Feds from seizing, property, collecting taxes, making demands on citizens or placing liens on their property? They could end it all tomorrow if they chose. This is because the Fed lacks jurisdiction to act upon individual citizens... but our State government gives them permission.
Courts- The courts are the worst of them all! I say this because I believe their corruption is the linchpin upon which all other corruption depends. They are the branch of government with the most raw power exerted directly against individual State citizens. They have the power to ensure compliance with the State and National constitutions... or legitimize the corruption. Our Judges sit on their thrones within their ivory towers dishing out punishments to anybody who annoys them or has the misfortune to come into their cross hairs. They have become patsies for the State, holding their own self interest and that of the State above the welfare of the living people in front of them. They are the gate keepers of judicial remedy. They are like royalty- holding themselves above the law and hiding behind "judicial immunity," and performing as revenue collectors for the State.
Governors and the Legislature- Like the Sheriff, the Governor has the authority, the resources and the duty to keep federal overreach at bay. So why don't they? Because they have allowed the Feds to control all money in this country and they want to whore us out for some of the federal pie. The so called "long arm statutes" are federal mandates that the state allows in exchange for money. This is money we the people in Maine make, are forced to give to the feds who take a big wet bite out of it and then feed it back to us. Why do we need to engage in this parasitic process? Is it really worth "swarms of federal agents to harass our people and eat out their substance?" How about all the people the feds put in jail? Why do our legislatures insist on creating and enforcing obviously bad, harmful and unconstitutional legislation?
